Fees

Attention LLR Customers

LLR encourages the use of its online licensing services to issue licenses as quickly as possible to our clients. Starting May 15, 2011, a $25 service fee will be instituted for licensing services done in person rather than online.


The Board may charge the following fees:

    Individual Fees

    • Application Fee $105
    • Initial licensure fee $85
    • Biennial renewal fee $130
    • Penalty late fees  $50
      during first month after expiration date; Total of $150 during remainder of year after expiration. Late penalty fees are assessed in addition to the renewal fee
    • Reinstatement application fee $105
    • Reinstatement licensure fee  $85

    Firm Fees

    • Application and licensure fee $100
    • Biennial renewal fee $200
    • Penalty late fees  $50 during first month after expiration date;
      Total of $150 during remainder of year after expiration
      Late penalty fees are assessed in addition to the renewal fee
    • Reinstatement application and licensure fee  $100

    Other Fees

    • File transfer fee $50
    • Electronic list of licensees  $10
