The Commission is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the statutes and regulations that regulate the profession of licensed Auctioneers, Apprentice Auctioneers, and Auction Firms. The Commission conducts licensure and disciplinary hearings as needed pursuant to the applicable statutes and regulations and the Administrative Procedures Act.
