ONLINE TEMPORARY PRACTICE PERMIT APPLICATION
INFORMATION: The South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board shall recognize, on a temporary basis, the certification or license of an appraiser in another state if the appraiser's business is of a temporary nature. Temporary nature is defined as a single appraisal assignment for the time necessary to perform that assignment.
INSTRUCTIONS: To obtain temporary practice privileges in South Carolina, complete the online application and provide all necessary documentation. Failure to comply with these instructions or to enclose proper fees will result in delay to applicant. The fee for the TEMPORARY PRACTICE PERMIT is $150.00.
