List of Rides that are Required to have Non-Destructive Testing

The following is a list of rides, which are required to have Non-Destructive Testing to be able to operate in South Carolina. These tests are to be performed by an individual qualified to N.D.T. Level II or III, in accordance with the American Society of Non-Destructive Testing's recommended practice SNT-TC-1A, 1984 Edition. Serial numbers of the ride must be included on any NDT report.

1. A.R.M. - Skymaster, Tommahawk – Comply with the manufacturer's requirements every two years.

2. A.R.M. – Touchdown 6 Car – Comply with the manufacturer's requirements in the operation and maintenance manual; yearly.

3. AERIAL TRAMWAYS AND LIFTS – Comply with ANSI 4.3.4.3 B 77.1-1982 pertaining to testing of grips or clips.

4. ALLAN HERSCHELL – Skyfighter – Comply with the CPSC safety notice dated August 2, 2000; yearly.

5. ARROW – Steel Coasters – Comply with the manufacturer's bulletin 99-1 dated November 24, 1999; yearly or every 2000 hours.

6. ARROW HUSS – Corkscrew, Loop and Suspended Coasters – Comply with the manufacturer's bulletins dated November 17, 1981 and January 4, 1988 and the Arrow Huss Inspection Manual; yearly.

7. BOLLIGER & MABILLARD – Top Gun Coaster – comply with the manufacturer's maintenance manual and letter dated December 6, 2000; yearly.

8. BRADLEY & KAYE – Balloon Race – Comply with the manufacturer's requirements; yearly.

9. CHANCE – Falling Star – Comply with the manufacturer's service bulletin #B391R1144-0 dated January 7, 1994; Yearly.

10. CHANCE - Giant Gondola Wheel – Comply with the manufacturer's service bulletin #B400R1175-0 dated May 17, 1996; yearly.

11. CHANCE – Inverter, Double Inverter – Comply with the manufacturer's Inspection schedule; yearly.

12. CHANCE – Skywheel – Comply with the manufacturer's bulletin #B379R1041-0 dated July 17, 1989; yearly.

13. CHANCE – Trabant, Casino – Comply with the manufacturer's service bulletin #92 dated December 5, 1974; yearly.

14. CHANCE – Zipper – Comply with the manufacturer's safety alert #A106R1057-A dated May 22, 1990.

15. ADULT FERRIS WHEELS – Comply per S.C. requirement. Seat journal spindle shall be tested By magnetic particle, x-ray or radiograph; every three years.

16. EYERLY - Monster – Comply with the manufacturer's notice dated June 12, 1981 and S.C. Department of Labor letter Dated December 9, 1988; yearly and every five years.

17. EYERLY – Octopus, Spider – Comply with the CPSC safety alerts dated August 16, 1994 and September 13, 1994; Yearly and every five years.

18. FARFABBRI – Crazy Dance – Comply with the manufacturer's service bulletin #FC002 dated December 10, 1990; yearly.

19. FARFABBRI – Ranger (aka: Kamikaze, Hi-Flyer, Phoenix) – Comply with the manufacturer's service bulletin #FR034 Dated April 12, 1994; yearly.

20. G.K.R. – Typhoon, 360 Degrees – Comply with the manufacturer's letter dated March 21, 1991; yearly.

21. G.K.R. – Vikingo Ship, Pirate Ship, 70 Degrees – Comply with the manufacturer's letter dated March 21, 1991; yearly.

22. GARBRICK- Merry Mixer – Comply with the manufacturer's letter dated JulY 3,1991; yearly.

23. GERSTLAUER – Steel Coaster Cars – Comply with the manufacturer's requirements; yearly.

29. HRUBETZ/KILINSKI/MANCO/DARTRON – Paratrooper, Fireball – Comply with the following manufacturer's Requirements: QC-UI-I- Rev. 3, BU-136MC, BU-35MC, and BU-138MC; yearly.

30. HRUBETZ/KILINSKI/MAN-CO/DARTRON – Round Up – Comply with the following manufacturer's Requirements: QC-UI-I-Rev. 3, BU-136MC, BU-138MC, and BU-135MC; yearly.

31. HUSS – Enterprise – Comply with the manufacturer's requirements and the CPSC letter dated March 2, 1984; yearly.

32. HUSS – Rainbow – Comply with manufacturer's inspection procedures dated January 5, 1990 and the SCS Engineering Limited procedure dated March 2, 1984; yearly.33. KING – Super Twist – Comply per the manufacturer's requirements; yearly.

34. KING - Swinger – Comply with the professional engineer's and manufacturer's requirements per letter dated August 10, 1989; yearly.

35. MACK – Caterpillar (Raupenbahn) – Comply with the manufacturer's test guidelines.

36. MACK – Matterhorn – Comply with the manufacturer's test guidelines and letter dated January , 2000.

37. MACK – Musik Express, Himalaya, Cortina-Bob – Comply with the manufacturer's test guidelines.

38. MILER - Kiddie Coaster – Comply with the manufacturer's operation and maintenance manual; yearly.

39. MORGAN – Wood Coaster Vehicles – Comply with the manufacturer's requirements per letters dated March 7, 1988 And June 22, 1994.

40. PHILADELPHIA TOBOGGAN – Coasters – Comply with the manufacturer's bulletin dated December 10, 1992; every 2000 hours or yearly.

41. REVERCHON – Explorer (Matterhorn) – Comply with the manufacturer's requirements; every six months or 1000 hrs.

42. SORIANI & MOSER – Super Loop on Top (Crazy Flip) – Comply with the manufacturer's requirements in the Operations manual; yearly.

43. TIVOLI – Orbiter, Predator – Comply with the manufacturer's bulletin #00120 dated December 10, 1990; yearly.

44. TIVOLI – Scorpion – Comply with the manufacturer's bulletin Scorpion 001; every two years.

45. TIVOLI – Starforce – Comply with the manufacturer's requirements in the operation and maintenance manual; Yearly.

47. VENTURE – Parachute Tower – Comply with the manufacturer's requirements; every five years.

48. WISDOM – One Truck Himalaya – Comply with the manufacturer's service bulletins dated March 15, 2000 and November 12, 2000 and the manufacturer's letter dated

January 31, 2001; yearly.

49. WISDOM – Magic Carpet – Comply with the manufacturer's inspection guide; yearly.
