Effective May 25, 2018, annual elevator operating certificate fees and amusement ride permit fees have been increased to $50.00 per elevator and per amusement device, respectively.
Effective May 25, 2018, the fee for a elevator construction permit shall include the fee for elevator registration and the first annual elevator operating certificate of a facility as follows:
