Due to the closure of test sites during the declared health emergency, candidates for licensure may take the ABO on-line examination at home through ProProctor. Because many apprenticeships have been affected by the public health emergency, an apprentice who has been unable to continue their apprenticeship due to store closure should advise the Board of the last day of full or part-time employment/apprenticeship, and then provide notice to the Board upon resuming their employment/apprenticeship. Upon receiving notice of both dates, the Board will adjust the completion date of the apprenticeship accordingly.
