Fees
Fees should be made payable to the SC Manufactured Housing Board and are non-refundable. The fee must be submitted in the form of a check or money order (with the exception of an Apprentice Salesperson application completed online). A returned check fee of up to $30, or an amount specified by law, may be assessed on all returned funds. NO CASH IS ACCEPTED.
Per S.C. Code of Regulations 10-22, "Fees for applications received with one year or less remaining in the current licensing cycle will be based on one half of the two year licensing fee." Licensure fees for the Manufactured Housing Board are as follows.
