2025-2027 Renewals Are Now Open
You may now renew your registration/license with the Building Codes Council. The renewal deadline is June 30, 2025, and mailed renewal applications will be accepted if postmarked by that date. If all documents and fees are not received or postmarked by June 30 ,2025, the registration is LAPSED.
For Building Codes Enforcement Officers and Special Inspectors only, a late fee of $50, in addition to the $50 renewal fee, may be applied from July 1, 2025 through August 28, 2025, during which time the licensee may submit the renewal application and supplemental documentation. After August 28, 2025, you must reinstate the registration by submitting a new application.
