Online Electronic Application

Effective June 26, 2026, the Board of Pharmacy will transition to a new application system. If you have started an application in the current system, you have until July 26, 2026, to complete and submit your application.

This electronic application is only available for first-time applicants.

Application by Reciprocity

Foreign Graduates

In order to be eligible for reciprocity, you must have obtained the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) Certification.
