Purpose:
The Joint Practice Committee is comprised of the President and Vice-President of the Board of Nursing and the President and Vice-President of the Board of Medical Examiners. The purpose of the Committee is to hear requests for clarification of statutes regarding advanced practice and any waiver requests therefrom. Meetings are held in the Kingstree Building at 110 Centerview Drive, Columbia, SC 29210 and are held on an as-needed basis.
