Renew My License
The deadline to renew 2025 - 2027 Professional Soil Classifier licenses without a late penalty is January 31, 2025. A late fee of $60 will be applied to all renewals postmarked on or after February 1, 2025. Any license not renewed by March 31, 2025, must apply for reinstatement.
To access the online renewal software, you must have a valid email on file with the Board. If you do not currently have an email address on file with the Board or you need to change your email address, please email the Board at Contact.Soil@llr.sc.gov with your name, license number, last 5 digits of your social security number and your current email address.

All licenses must be renewed separately by license credential number; however, the online renewal application process features a proxy payment link. This will enable the permitted employee or licensee to email a link to a third party (such as their employer) for payment. For privacy and security purposes, the third party will only have access to information such as name, license type and number and payment amount. The licensee is responsible for following up with the proxy to ensure payment is made timely for their renewal.
Soil Classifier Licenses renewed/postmarked on or before January 31, 2025, fee is $300. A late fee of $60 will be applied to all license renewals postmarked on or after February 1, 2025.
No practice is allowed after February 1, 2025, until a valid renewal form has been completed and accepted. Any license not renewed by March 31, 2025, must apply for reinstatement.
