Pay by proxy. The online renewal application process features a proxy payment link.

You may designate a proxy payer to complete your renewal on your behalf. This option will be available under Online Services during the renewal process. This will enable the licensee to email a link to a third party (such as their employer) for payment. For privacy and security purposes, the third party will only have access to information such as name, license type and number and payment amount. The licensee is responsible for following up with the proxy to ensure payment is made timely for their renewal.

AIT Preceptor Renewal

All Preceptors permits will expire on June 30th of each year. The permit must be renewed at the same time as your professional license renewal. Failure to submit the Preceptor Permit Renewal Form may result in your permit being canceled. A current, active permit is required in order to serve as an AIT preceptor. Precepting without an active permit may subject you to disciplinary action by the Board for aiding and abetting the unlicensed practice of long term care administration.
