Subject: Probation termination, Requests for
POLICY:
At its February 1996, meeting, the Board established the policy that it will consider requests for termination of probation during the Board meetings at which regular probation appearances are scheduled, May and October.
PROCEDURE:
When a request for termination of probation is received, the licensee will be advised he will be scheduled for an appearance at the next Board meeting when probation appearances are held, either May or October. A request to appear must be received in writing at least two weeks before the date of the Board meeting. Written materials and the name of any attorney representing the licensee (if any) must also be submitted by that time.
