Annual License Renewals

Renew Your License Online

  • Renewals Open: November 1
  • Renewal Deadline: February 1
    • After February 1, the license is considered late
  • CPE Report Deadline: February 1
  • Last day for Late Renewals: February 16
    • After February 16, the license is lapsed and you must complete a Reinstatement Application with a fee of $595 ($500 reinstatement fee and $95 current renewal fee.) In addition, a criminal background check is required as part of the reinstatement process. Instructions for the background check will be provided by board staff, once all other required documentation is received.
Renewal Fees
  • CPA, PA and Accounting Practitioner $95
  • In-State Firm $60
  • Out-of-State Firm $60
Reporting CPE

CPE reports are due no later than February 1.

All licensees are now required to submit CPE documentation via the NASBA CPE Audit Service starting with the 2025 calendar year (January 1st - December 31st).

The NASBA CPE Audit Service, is available for your complimentary use to track and store your CPE records in one location and review your ongoing compliance with CPE requirements. Click here to learn more.

No further CPE documentation is required after the NASBA CPE Audit Service shows you are compliant unless you are notified of a deficiency by Board staff or selected for a CPE Audit.
