The South Carolina Real Estate Commission does not have a database of State approved transactional or agency contracts and forms other than those found on this page.
It is the responsibility of the Broker in Charge or Property Manager in Charge to approve of forms to be utilized by the brokerage or management company. Professional Associations or Real Estate Attorneys may be able to assist or provide forms for your office.

Transfer of license can be conducted via the Online Transfer Service. This electronic process allows changes to go into effect immediately and does not require the Broker-in-Charge's signature. The Broker-in-Charge will be notified via email.
For Broker-in-Charge and Property Manager-in-Charge seeking to step down from the current firm or management office and become an active Broker or Property Manager will need to submit the BIC/PMIC Transfer of Real Estate License form and submit to the Commission via email at contact.rec@llr.sc.gov.

Please review the Document Submission instructions by clicking here, Request for Change to Name/Address Document Submission Instructions.
If you do not have a current email address on file with the Commission, please email the Commission at Contact.REC@llr.sc.gov with your name, license number, last 5 digits of SSN, and current email address before attempting to renew your license. A current email address must be kept on file with the Commission at all times.
